Do I really have to take 8 capsules on the onset of symptoms?
Dosing is generalized and we found for it to be most effective at 2 capsules 4 times daily to achieve accelerated healing.
Can I take the daily maintenance dose of 4 capsules all at once?
It is not recommend taking 4 capsules all at once. 2 capsules twice daily, 4-6 hours apart preferably.
